The Operations Division of the Public Works Department is responsible for operating and maintaining the City's storm drainage system. The system typically includes catch basins, connector pipes, laterals, and main lines within the City limits. The San Antonio Channel located generally along the west City limit is owned and maintained by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers. The West State Street Storm Drain Channel located along the north side of State Street is owned and maintained by the San Bernardino County Flood Control District. Questions or comments regarding the drainage system, both City-owned and other agency-owned, may be directed to the Public Works Department, Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 909-625-9480.
