Email the form with proof of company liability insurance to the Department of Public Works: Engineering Division. Auto liability and Bodily Injury insurance must be at a minimum of $1,000,000. Allow 24-hours for processing. You will be contacted when the permit is ready. Transportation permits must be purchased in person. Businesses that are located farther away from Montclair are allowed to use a third-party courier service to collect and pay for permits at their discretion.
