Information about the campaign finances of candidate-controlled committees or other committees supporting political candidates, measures, and activities can be viewed by searching for the candidate's or committee's name in the Public Viewing Portal for Campaign Statements, or by navigating through the filings related to the November 5, 2024 Election at the bottom of the portal page.

Reporting Campaign Finance Violations

If you suspect a committee is violating campaign finance laws, you may report those activities to the FPPC. Please refer to the FPPC's Enforcement Division page and review the process to submit an electronic complaint.  Complaints may be made anonymously.

Please be aware that the City does not currently have campaign contribution limits for candidates in effect pursuant to Ordinance No. 21-997.

  • Within 24 hours of making/receiving a qualifying contribution/expenditure of $1,000 or more in the aggregate
  • Within 48 hours of making/receiving an in-kind contribution with a value of $1,000 or more
  • Within 10 business days of making/receiving a contribution or independent expenditure of $5,000 or more in support or opposition of a ballot measure's qualification for the ballot
