Community Flu & COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic

San Bernardino County Department of Public Health will be providing free flu shots, and Pfizer Covid-19 booster shots on Tuesday, November 9 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., in our Montclair Community Center located at 5111 Benito Street, Montclair.

Get both your Annual Flu and COVID-19 Booster* shots together!
*boosters only available to those who received both Pfizer shots at least six months prior and are eligible for a booster based on age or health condition.

The Second Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine dose will be available to those who received their first at the October 12th event.
