This is the form for construction work that affects the public right-of-way such as the sidewalks, curbs, and streets. If you need a permit for construction on private property such as commercial and residential, you need to fill out an application with the Community Development Department Building Division. Allow for a minimum of ten (10) full business days, or 2 1/2 weeks, for permit processing.
