Public Works Construction Permit Application, Information & Procedure

This form is only for construction work that affects the public right-of-way such as
sidewalks, curbs, and streets.

This includes residents who intend to temporarily place an oversized trash can or container on the curbside. If you need a permit for construction located on private property such as commercial and residential, you need to fill out an application with the Community Development’s Building Division.
