If you are planning a tenant improvement project in Montclair Place, the first step in the process is to contact the mall management office and ask them for their “tenant design criteria manual” or architect's checklist. It provides in detail what is expected for submittal of plans to them. Once your plans are approved by Montclair Place staff, you will be required to pick-up three sets of plans with the mall's approval stamp and submit them to the Montclair Building Division for City review.
