Holt Boulevard will be repaved and restructured between Ramona Avenue and Benson Avenue. This roadway is mostly made up of commercial areas and business parks. Improvements will rehabilitate existing roadway pavement and landscaped median. The project also includes traffic signal upgrades and traffic signal interconnect facilities, and the installation of painted buffered bicycle lanes.
