Civic Center Master Plan

Some of the proposed improvements include new landscaping and efficient irrigation, enhanced concrete paving, decorative pavers, ADA ramps, steps with hand railing, benches, amphitheater seating, site furniture, new bike racks, swales, a Memorial Garden reflecting pool, ADA accessible parking, and relocation of the Remembrance Plaque.

The main circulation around the Civic Center currently creates confusion for which entrances to utilize to access offices and services. Therefore, strong pedestrian promenades will provide increased safety and visibility and are framed by more sustainable planting areas.
