Burrtec Waste Industries, Inc. Franchise Agreement

The Franchise Agreement between the City and Burrtec Waste Industries, Inc., includes the collection, transportation, recycling, processing and disposal of solid waste, and other services related to meeting the goals and requirements of AB 939, AB 341, AB 1826, and SB 1383.
