Applications

ATTENTION: The deadline to schedule an appointment to fill out a 2024 Holiday Food & Toy Basket Program application has passed. Please check back next year for the 2025 appointment deadline. 

Food baskets will be available to families that live in Montclair and meet specific income guidelines. To be considered, applicants must complete an application. Applications will be accepted by appointment only. Those interested must make an appointment by contacting Adriana Sahagun at (909) 625-9454 by Thursday, October 17. Families wishing to apply who have a child that attends a Montclair elementary or middle school should contact their school office for additional program information.
