Parking Citations

  • Parking citation payments are not accepted at the Police Department.
  • Payments by check or money order are to be mailed to City of Montclair, Parking Enforcement Center, P.O. Box 3214, Milwaukee, WI 53201-3214. Citation inquiries may be made by contacting the Parking Enforcement Center at (866) 353-7160.
  • Payments are due 21 calendar days from the date of issuance. Payments are to be postmarked on or before the due date in order to be paid on time.  A courtesy reminder notice will be mailed to the registered owner of record.
  • Online payments are to be made using the following website: www.dspayments.com/montclair

Contesting a Parking Citation

Administrative Review forms to contest a parking citation are available at the Police Department's business office, by calling the Parking Enforcement Center, or click here to access the Parking Citation Administrative Review form. A request for administrative review must be postmarked by the due date in order to be eligible for review.

Citation Sign-Off

Notice to Appear citations and parking citations eligible for proof of correction sign-off (as indicated on the citation) may be brought to the business office of the Police Department, along with proof of correction, during regular business hours. The fee is $10 if the citation was issued by Montclair Police Department or if the person issued the citation is a Montclair resident.  The fee is $15 for citations issued by another law enforcement agency.  Having a violation signed off provides proof of correction only, and additional action is required. Follow the instructions on the citation regarding payment of reduced bail with proof of correction to the Court.
