Posting of Agendas
In accordance with the Ralph M. Brown Act, agendas are posted online and at the City Hall bulletin board at the north entrance at least 72 hours before regular/adjourned meetings, and 24 hours prior to special meetings.
Regular meeting agendas are typically posted by 6:00 p.m. the Thursday preceding the regular meeting dates. Additional materials (large maps or voluminous reports) related to any item on this Agenda that are not included in the digital agenda packet are available for public inspection in the City Clerk's Office at 5111 Benito Street, Montclair, California, between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, after the agenda has been posted.
Regular meetings that fall on national holidays or the observance thereof are either cancelled or rescheduled to a date and time determined at least one week prior to the scheduled meeting.
